Peer Review Process

1. The manuscript must be original and has never been published in another journal/proceeding. It must contain studies of environmental, ecosystem, or ecological issues. Language used in this journal is English or Indonesia.
2. The manuscript is written in accordance with Environmental Pollution Journal writing guidelines. It must be submitted online through OJS Environmental Pollution Journal.
3. The review process uses a double anonymous review system. The review process will take 60 regular days. In the review process, reviewers consider the correspondence of title, abstract, discussion (findings) and conclusions. Beside, reviewers also examine the novelty, scientific impact, and references used in the paper. Inappropriate manuscripts to journal criteria are rejected promptly by the editors without external review. Reviewers only review evaluated and proper manuscripts to our scopes. Then, editors make a decision by considering the reviewer’s recommendation in several possibilities: accepted, rejected, minor revision, or major revision.
